Completed the online express return option itemising the items to be returned, assured that it was the simplest way - the phone involves very lengthy queuing - but it didn't turn out that way when I arrived in store.
It appears that I haven't been refunded for one item but a mystery item refunded.

I'm not a fan of self-service check outs, largely through my under confidence with technology, but they don't make it easy when you have to scan a barcode for some products and a QR code for others without telling you to do so.

Heard a pre-match discussion on the radio about the Scousers poor form etc. The feeling was that it was down to the players rather than the manager, and that they should be playing to ensure avoiding defeat rather than to win.

I've heard very little about the budget so far, intentionally, but freezing the basic rate threshold for another 3 years to 2031 is just plain wrong! By all means freeze it at higher rates if there's a reason but don't penalise those on low(er) incomes or drag more into paying tax.

Reprieve? My hygienist appointment this morning has just been cancelled because she's sick. Rescheduled for early January - but I'm tempted to cancel because I already have a routine appointment booked for late February.

I hope no-one is going to lay any blame on Zirkzee after last night given he's been desperately short of playing time this season. He'll be better for playing the whole match. Had some good touches and forced a couple of decent saves from the keeper which, on another night, could have gone in.
