Input optimization is one of the key problems to craft output of model being trained. Emperical Combinatorial optimization makes more sense than random Input optimizations. Here is Googles latest paper about it.

Does anyone know of an AI tool where one can plug in a list of a patient’s ailment and their list of prescriptions?
My FIL started reacting to a medication after two does and it took me all of five minutes to find out why it shouldn’t have been prescribed to him.

Wow.. 100K is crazy. It feels like those times when we only had 256K of RAM and it kept increasing year by year... So will happen with LLMs. With 100K you can fine tune the model with a prompt without the need for retraining

To be clear, this is not "a recession" but some labor market weakness in particular sectors of the economy. Question is if this will remain contained or if it will spread -- but the downside risks to the labor market have increased.
