Vi har befolkningskris. Men vi ska inte öka invandringen. I stället ska vi uppmuntra barnafödande. Men inte om familjerna är fattiga. Och invandrare. Då ska de ha "bidragstak". Och är de inte fattiga men nyanlända, ska de berövas barnbidrag. Finns det bättre skolbokdefinition av strukturell rasism?
