✅ All of my mods including Core Library are safe to use with today's patch (1.113.277, Pre Hobbies & Businesses + Burglars Patch).
The new TDESCs are now available in the Tuning Builder. The rest of the game content will be indexed through tomorrow.

I think it’s very helpful to talk about how city officials failed to address s vulnerability they knew about for years, and that the person currently in charge of the police has no idea what materials she has to do her job. Terrorism will happen regardless, but incompetence shouldn’t get a pass.
I think this line of thinking is enormously unhelpful. Chief Kirkpatrick is right. He was a man hellbent on evil. Had the bollards been in place, the evil would have just looked different, and there are untold scenarios where he could have made things immeasurably worse with them up.
