Well, there was no way those idiots werent going to do this. Science is meticulously studying reality and learning from observing nature and experience from experimentation. It takes time, careful thought and a willingness to be wrong.

No traits exhibited by the current administration.
Without evidence, CDC changes messaging on vaccines and autism
On Wednesday, the agency reversed its long-held position that there's no link between vaccines and autism. Outside experts said they are "appalled" by the change.

Ok, two things:
1. No one is surprised. That's just for clicks. Might as well say "you wont believe #4!" too.

2. WHERE WAS THIS TROVE? It appears to be a timed political releqse rather than released ASAP to expose wrongdoing. That implies additional not hard to guess motives...
In a shocking trove of emails released by House Democrats, Jeffrey Epstein alleged that President Trump “spent hours” at his home with a victim and “knew about the girls.”

I think many many bot accounts telling both sides of Congress to not "give in", "hold the line", etc. As shutdown and gridlock costs the US a lot, and lets rivals push us back even farther.
Opening Congress requires compromise. When one party is in the majority, they have the upper hand. Vote.

For a month. No pay for 2.5 paychecks. Soon 3.5 paychecks.
The government shutdown stretched into its 40th day Sunday even as senators held a weekend session in hopes of finding an end to the impasse that has disrupted flights nationwide, threatened food assistance for millions of Americans and left federal workers without pay.

Compromise is how democracy works. Fed workers dont have much longer to go without pay.
Can anyone living paycheck to paycheck miss 3 and a half in a row? Thats what federal workers, still working at the office daily, are about to do.

Day 39 of fed employees being sacrificed as pawns for political "leverage." Many now arent going to Dr appointments, car maintenance, haircuts, etc. Several trying to sell possessions to make it to next week. No one cares unless their flight is delayed.

This is interesting.
Hegseth: "Let me say that again. We need to increase acquisition risk in order to decrease operational risk ... An 85% solution in the hands of our armed forces today is infinitely better than an unachievable 100% solution endlessly undergoing testing."

Reminder: federal workers are now almost 40 days without pay. Many are now fighting eviction. And Dems are excited to keep pressure on Rs by continuing shutdown. No matter who is in charge, federal workers get betrayed.

Kinda hoping they open the gov before I'm evicted for the holidays. Just putting it out there. Id really like to not be homeless because millionaires are arguing and using my misery as leverage.
November 5, 2025 at 8:50 PM
Cool, congratulations to the winners. Can we open the Gov now please?

*makes notes*
Mike Johnson: "Imagine a scenario where they were in charge and they didn't have the filibuster. We would have nationalized elections, they would infringe on our 2A rights, they'd pack the Supreme Court, and they'd make Puerto Rico and DC states."

Shutdown day 33. Another day with federal workers wondering if they will make rent for next month, or be evicted in time for the holidays. All because congress cant do their job--but still get paid.
November 2, 2025 at 2:44 PM
And 700,000 feds are going on no pay for over a month. Could you support your family with no income for a month during holidays, as insurance prices jump?
15 million Americans are going to lose their health care.
November 1, 2025 at 2:36 PM
Well, get ready...
October 31, 2025 at 1:34 AM
Just a reminder that federal workers are going on 30 days with no pay. Over 65% live paycheck to paycheck. Most are trying to get second jobs and loans. Agencies are trying to ramp up support, but they arent being paid either. All unnecessary. Their misery is a poker chip to Congress.

Also: there are 435 members of the House of Representatives. 217 signed to vote to release Epstein files. That means there are 218 people who are ok with child abuse as long as they get to keep their high paying jobs and influence.

Reminder: 21 days of no pay for federal workers whose lives are being used as a hostage for *both* parties.
