yo @keithsmithnba.bsky.social just read your article on expansion draft rules and had a question: are there any restrictions on what picks an expansion team can trade? imagining a scenario where a top player becomes available via trade in an expansion year and they just have more assets to bid with.

a big threatening post presence unlocks so much for a team that already plays super fast, not to mention he's great in PNR. you weren't gonna find a 2-way stretch 5 on the market to replace myles' impact so complementing the team's other strengths is better imo.

a big threatening post presence unlocks so much for a team that already plays super fast, not to mention he's great in PNR. you weren't gonna find a 2-way stretch 5 on the market to replace myles' impact so complementing the team's other strengths is better imo.
best move for both sides rn, relationship got very ugly. i think he can provide value to a team that really needs a punch but the nets are trying to build into a brand of basketball that he doesn't fit into and younger guys could use the minutes. hope a real team takes a swing on him he deserves it.

i absolutely think ant underperformed last night but that was also one of the best playmaking displays i think i've ever seen from him
credit to the thunder defense for making him uncomfortable, sucks to waste such a complete game from your role players at home
