Time for an observation nobody asked for:
I dont know what bad music is aesthetically but some seem to mean it in a constitutive sense, "What I'm hearing isn't proper music", which is usually plain wrong (unlike the fully legit "not my cup of tea").

I know some people think using ostinatos (repeated phrases in songs) gets repetitive but I think layering on them can be so interesting, seeing how the feel changes based on what's added and taken away. Maybe it's just me coming from ambient music but this isn't an uncommon thing to like is it lol.
