I finally deleted Twitter for good. I’m done with the things that stress me out that I still have control over, and deleting Twitter was one of them.
This morning I was ready to take my boy for his morning hike in the woods when not one but three coyotes strolled by on the road right outside my door on their into the woods. I decided to do a morning walk on leash on the roads instead. Hiking in the woods happened later in the day 😂

Our oldest friends from when we first moved to the US, are coming up by train tomorrow to spend a few days with us! I am so excited to see them. It's been a while, and we have lots to catch up on. Happy weekend, y'all!

Just because I’m not watching the Super Bowl, doesn’t mean I can’t make a yummy snack! Lays Ruffled chips with crème fraiche, arugula, prosciutto, lemon zest and Parmesan. Big glass of chilled wine to go along. And if I was watching the Super Bowl, I’d be rooting for the SeaHawks all the way.

Dinner tonight was surf and turf. Sous vide then grilled ribeye with scrimps and a low-carb pasta. 🦐 and the pasta were tossed in a nice roasted tomato pesto, of which @maithedane.bsky.social would be proud. Not pictured, a nice garden salad.
