Just a technical glitch at the ship's end? It was Palau before, St. Kitts & Nevis since Oct 1, 2025.
It recently had a massive AIS gap, too. But that's a different story...

Sanctioned oil tanker Rhein (IMO9306562) hanging out in the Marmara Sea since Oct 10, navigational status changing from 'underway using engine' to 'underway by sail' to 'not under command'.

Sanctioned, 23 year old #shadowfleet tanker Furia (IMO9257802) apparently in distress on its way out of the Baltic, laden with up to 100,000t Russian crude oil. After a sharp U-turn in the Fehmarn Belt, now idle in Swedish waters, signalling to be 'not under command'.
Let's keep fingers crossed.

Passing Denmark's coastline in less than 3nm distance.

Do stateless vessels enjoy the right of innocent passage, just the same as law abiding vessels?

Sanctioned tanker #Pushpa (IMO9332810), false flag of Malawi, stopped just south of Sicily. Likely laden with 100,000t+ of Russian crude oil.
It is still at that position, now with navigational status 'Not under command'.

Am I paranoid to be concerned?
