Our teen son has been a bit sick with a sore throat for days now. We presumed it was a virus. It finally occurred to me (a pathologist) that it could be tonsillitis. So his dad (ear, nose and throat surgeon) finally looks in his throat. Yep, tonsillitis. Medical parents are THE WORST! #medsky

Baked Ricotta with Grilled Radicchio is #RecipeOfTheDay! This plain savoury cheesecake (moreorless) is also great with griddled courgettes/zucchini or, indeed, a peppery tomato salad, but the heat-tempered bitterness of the grilled radicchio is always my first choice

Hard agree. I never watched the original show and I am glad because this was BLEAK. @yrfatfriend.bsky.social was a high point in this series 🙌🏼
we're watching the netflix documentary on the biggest loser and i can't say what i think should happen to the producers of that show or i'm going to get banned
