The average age of first time homebuyers is 41 now. Age 71 at payoff. For a 50 year mortgage, age 91 at payoff. So much for the American dream. Trump and his housing oligarchs and billionaire buddies don’t care. They buy what they want, and make a fortune regardless. The grift is real.

Trump’s tariffs were never about money for the U.S. they were to extort businesses and countries for personal gain. Trump branded hotels, gold bars, statues, crowns, a jet, etc. And to make himself feel powerful. Who knows what else.

So, the news is that as many as 100 Republicans will vote to release the Epstein files. Is it possible that Trump’s personal DOJ has scrubbed the files for him? I hate that I am so paranoid. Somebody please talk me off the ledge.
