For those of you following me, but who aren't that familiar with what I do... Let me introduce you to a few home video releases I have contributed to lately. I do liner notes, commentaries, and visual essays. Sometimes I even show up on camera! I'm known for my knowledge of horror and TV movies!
For DAY 322 of my year long retrospective on made for TV movies that need a DVD/Blu Ray release, I went with Willa, a 1979 drama about a single mom who pursues a truck driving career in an effort to better her life. Deborah Raffin as Willa proves she can make it on her own and in a man's world

After hitting the pavement for the last few months, hoping to get a few TV movie filmmakers to speak to me for a project I'm working on, it looks like I finally got one interested! I'm so excited! They've made a couple of films I absolutely adore.

More to come... just excited and full of coffee

Even though only one of them thought enough to put on a skinny tie in this pic, I'm SO into the Flashcubes right now. It's You Tonight is my jam, but they have a ton of wonderful tunes. Power Pop is EVERYTHING.

For DAY 317 of my year long retrospective on made for TV movies that need a DVD/Blu Ray release, I chose Farrell for the People, a drama about a district attorney (Valerie Harper) who finds herself on her first court case, which is a murder trial. Potential pilot and it's solid

Really thrilled that the Roku knows how much I love John Newland and is now recommending his programs to me. ❤️

Tubi also suggested I watch TJ Hooker, which I did.

I'm very impressionable.

1/ The US Government has quietly removed a memorial to Black soldiers who died in World War II from the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, South Limburg. The move follows a complaint from the right-wing Heritage Foundation to the American Battle Monuments Commission. ⬇️
