Potters, if you haven’t made a damp box for works in progress yet, I cannot recommend it enough! Made one with plaster and a rubbermaid before I moved, and the pieces I put in there are still damp over three months later!!! Excited to pull them out and finish them now that I’m settled

Took a small ceramics break after the triceratops broke, then got busy with work and real life. Not hand building, but glad to say that I was able to sit at the wheel for the first time all year today.

Unfortunate Triceratops Update:
In an effort to try and be helpful, someone loaded the kiln and fired it while I was at work yesterday. Unfortunately, the bust was included in the firing, while I was still drying it. It did not survive.
So sorry to everyone following it, absolutely devastated 💔
