Publicly at least the #ICC hasn’t issued an arrest warrant. Did the PTC issue it yesterday and did they give the Philippine authorities an update before sharing it publicly or something?

Has anyone of note publicly taken the position that Netanyahu and/or Gallant are justly wanted by the #ICC but would, but would and should be acquitted on evaluation of the evidence?

I think it is interesting that seemingly everyone on ‘their side’ simply seeks to discredit the court instead.

Just another helpful reminder that a human being on a bicycle is the most efficient amongst all animals and machines in terms of energy consumed in moving a certain distance as a function of body weight.

Syria is not a state party to the Rome Statute, and its atrocities took place on its own territory. This means that the #ICC sadly does not have jurisdiction to put Assad on trial.
