wow! one of the hardest things i’ve done. @maangchi.com makes it look so easy, but adding a half cup of boiling water to a cup gluttons rice flour makes a paste that sticks to EVERYTHING except the pine nuts.

Do you like #tofu? I do and both of my favourite ways to make and eat tofu are Korean, dubu jorim and dubu ganjeon.
Tonight we had dubu jorim, it's just so amazing.
