And I would also rewild the Great Plains. That’s at least a crackpot idea commensurate with the scale of the billionaire problem.

Having spent the last few weeks kneedeep in a project that looks at the links between public technologies and productivity, I think the hill I will die on is that -- if anything is going to unlock people's time and ability to do more things -- it is *service design*, particularly for onboarding
