It’s because GP services are attractive and are being taken on by major corporations, whereas acute services are mostly not.

Anniversary of Rosa Park's 1955 arrest. Astonishing that many students still have an impression of a victimised sweet little old lady. She was an educated activist in her early 40s who deliberately courted arrest to initiate a test case. The truth adds to her reputation rather than diminishing it.
