Context: one of the speakers at a packed Surprise, AZ city council meeting after it was revealed that ICE has purchased a massive warehouse in town to use as a detention facility. The City Council has said they didn't know about it, and have no authority to stop it.
Highlighting the speaker who stood in front of the Surprise mayor and told him to consider what the Mayor of Ohrdruf must’ve thought before he died by suicide: “He might have thought ‘how is this my fault I had no jurisdiction over this’ maybe he said ‘this site was not subject to local zoning.’”

Sensation of clicking on Epstein files is like taking the back off the world clock. We see behind the grand façade usually presented by men who run the planet.. we also see their everyday exchanges making cogs of the world turn, oiled by porn-saturated woman-hating. www.thetimes.com/article/3c43...

They show a hidden world oiled by porn-saturated misogyny. I spent two days reading them

🚨 A holder of our NHS data, Thiel, is celebrating with Epstein the first major success (with Russia and Farage) in dismantling the EU. With each day, it’s more and more obvious that Farage is foreign-backed operator with no loyalty to our country - only to money paid by American paedophiles.

Our media rightly rages about the already-disgraced Mandelson and Andrew but wrongly fails to hold others in that murky moneyed network to account.
Our democracy is under attack from these dismal people right now. Do not be exposing that a decade too late.

Springsteen documents Trump era’s darkest moment since Jan 6. “Our blood and bones and whistles and phones against Miller and Noem's dirty lies” Being namechecked in a protest song by a beloved household name guarantees being enshrined on the wrong side of history.

Springsteen’s protest song Streets of Minneapolis is an act of bravery
Not since Neil Young’s Ohio in 1970 has a song by a major name been written, recorded and released in protest at government-sanctioned violence so quickly

I'd [supposed] that life in Minneapolis was probably normal for most people.. Oh boy, was I mistaken!.. people taken from cars if they looked vaguely Latino; extraction of children, citizens disappearing.. a city experiencing something like occupation by gangsters. www.thetimes.com/article/b212...

Contrary to popular belief, support for Labour has grown steadily over past 3 months (17% to 21%), Reform has dropped (27% to 25%), Tories, Greens and LibDem are stable (17%, 16%, 14%). Only 42% would vote for those right parties vs 51% for left. Wonder why the media is so keen to ignore this.
Latest YouGov Westminster voting intention (25-26 January 2026)

Reform UK: 25% (+1 from 18-19 Jan)
Labour: 21% (+2)
Conservatives: 17% (-1)
Greens: 16% (-1)
Lib Dems: 14% (=)

Trump says Europe is becoming unrecognisable. It’s actually America that’s now unrecognisable. So many put off travelling to the US. Very sad.

In Minneapolis, moments after Pettri was executed by ICE.

They turned a state-sanctioned murder scene into a war zone.

This is Trump's America.

This is why ICE has apparently been sent to Democrat states, not to states with high levels of illegal immigration.
Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump.

Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.

The Draft-Dodger-in-Chief has upset a hell of a lot of America’s allies who immediately responded when the US called for NATO armed forces support after 9/11. Not sure US citizens appreciate the level of distress and disgust he has caused, especially to the families of those who gave their lives.
A hideous, unbelievable insult to our allies, who suffered a full third of the war dead in Afghanistan. And this from a soulless swine who knows everything about using his bone spurs to stay all the way back, entirely off the front lines.

Every day, he shames the United States as a nation.
Trump on NATO: "I've always said, will they be there if we ever needed them? That's really the ultimate test. I'm not sure of that. We've never needed them. They'll say they sent some troops to Afghanistan and this or that. And they did. They stayed a little back, off the front lines."
