Chatted with 8 classes in Bath and then 8 classes in Manchester all in one afternoon! Virtual visits when planned & all working well (good wifi, camera working etc) are such a valuable resource for schools, affordable and interactive & still promote reading for pleasure! @bmonstersbooks.bsky.social

Totally agree! I do lots of virtual author visits with Yr5/6 with my picture book Herman Needs a Home.
Don't feel you need to rush a five year old on from picture books.
Picture books are amazing and can be for everyone ❤️
