DHS said that the woman CBP shot in the chest in Portland was “involved” in a gang shooting.

Her ~involvement~ was that suspected gang members sexually assaulted and robbed her.
After Border Patrol shot two people in Portland, DHS claimed they were "vicious gang members" tied to a past shooting.

But records I obtained reveal a US prosecutor has since directly contradicted DHS, saying, "We're not suggesting he is a gang member." My dive into how DHS' claims have collapsed:
DHS’s account of two Venezuelans shot by border patrol falls apart in court: ‘A smear campaign’
Immigration officials said agent shot two ‘vicious gang members’ in Portland, but records obtained by the Guardian reveal US prosecutor contradicted claims

Trump is tearing down the Kennedy Center!!

Congress, please please please act. Stop killing our Federal Legislative Branch. If y’all don’t want to work and want to allow the Executive Branch to do your job, there are plenty of other people who are interested in the Constitution’s sustainability.
Q: Do you plan on tearing the Kennedy Center down and how much will all of the renovations cost?

TRUMP: Probably around $200 million. I'm not ripping it down. I'll be using the steel. So we're using the structure. We're using some of the marble.

Reminder about "They're here ILLEGALLY"

Being undocumented is a civil offense, not a criminal one. That's why they're not entitled to a court-appointed lawyer, why it's "civil detention" not a jail, why it's not in the criminal code, etc. Other civil infractions are things like parking tickets.

The First Amendment fully protects our right to record ICE agents, police, FBI, National Guard troops, and other government officials performing their duties in public.

Know your rights while filming, how to protect your digital privacy, and what to do if you're stopped or arrested for recording.
Recording and Documenting Police and Federal Agents
The First Amendment protects your right to take photos and videos of law enforcement officers performing their duties in public. This applies to ICE agents, police, FBI, National Guard troops, and any other government officials. If you're not under arrest, a law enforcement officer needs a warrant to confiscate your device or to view its contents without your consent.

in the first year of Trump's term the US national debt increased by $2 trillion.
Worth noting that this data came straight from the Republicans. In other words, from the party that voted for the budget-busting Big Awful Bill that has ballooned the deficit.

Remember when Trump and Musk promised to cut government spending by $2 trillion?

Instead, in the first year of Trump's term the US national debt increased by $2 trillion. That's over $71,500 per second.

It takes a special kind of despicable president to sue the American People for 10 billion dollars because a few of his tax “secrets” (that anyone running for president traditionally volunteers) was “leaked”. Yup, he knows this lawsuit is suing The People and makes more government waste of our money.

ICE aren't law enforcement, they're immigration, which is a civil issue, so they shouldn't be armed in the streets at all

Thanks Republican Party for finally clarifying you are not for “pro-life” policy, guns are the problem but not enough to support gun laws to protect our children, and existing laws shouldn’t be applied to wealthy child rapists because their reputations are more important than the children victims.

Way to go, Philadelphia! The city has introduced new legislation putting real limits on ICE activity. Federal agents will no longer be allowed to operate anonymously no masks, visible identification required, and arrests must be backed by warrants signed by a federal judge.

Reportedly, on Feb. 4, 1000 ICE agents are arriving to remove this population. Ethnic cleansing.
