Roasting portobello mushrooms with garlicky parsley butter à la @nigella.bsky.social ‘s delicious sandwich for lunch. Addition of lemon zest & rosemary. Better than steak imho.

AI training. So far my personal conclusion is twice if not thrice amounts more work needed to ensure accuracy in all sorts of areas including data/ ethics/ conclusions/ source citing / audience tone & more. Not seeing value tbqh.
