In order to move more manufacturing to the US, we need workers. That means, among other things, funding educational programs for job training. If the 'goal' of a trade war isn't simply to kill the middle class, there needs to be actual meaningful policy (from local to federal) to make it work.

Remember DEI includes underserved. That’s that one little nonprofit on a small town or in a giant rural county.
Inclusion means everyone not just the bigger arts organizations in wealthier populated areas.
