This is pretty close to my NY resolution! … But I worry, am I conforming and just accepting ‘my lot’ 🤔 ?
Lower your expectations, I'm pessimistic by nature. "I hope for the best, but expect the worse." In reality, that is actually a positive attitude. Think about it. My expectations, at minimum, are met. Anything else is a positive - there are no negatives.
