It is so important that @welshgovernment.bsky.social provides funding to mainstream this treatment. The transformative outcomes for people who are often at a dead end with their treatment needs to be seen to be believed! Congrats @moondancecancer.bsky.social in getting this far!
Since we helped to establish the All-Wales Colorectal Peritoneal Service, over 40 patients have received this life-extending &, in some cases, curative treatment.
Victoria's story highlights just how vital access to this treatment is for those who need it.

We really can shift the dial on these cancers with focussed effort. Wouldn’t it be amazing to remove the dread people feel when they are diagnosed and instead offer hope for longer survival and hopefully curative treatment.
