The landing pad for all my plants the other night- a tad too chilly in the greenhouse for my comfort. They’re trapped in my dry ass apartment till May now🌵🍸🏜️

Not mad at the timing of this glam shot of my Hoya curtisii🤷‍♂️ I luv the pot it’s in. Sadly it will be time for a repot in the spring.

Enjoying the last few blooms before the real cold moves in. Sadly I do not think the cut flower patch is going to be as big next year. Maybe a two or three rows, but probably only doing zinnias and stuff that can be sown directly. We all work our butts off at day jobs and I’m a student as well.

I’m starting to think 2012 was actually the end of the world, we just didn’t know the apocalypse would occur in slow motion over a long period of time

Garden phlox, orange blossom, hardy fig🍊 all along my morning stroll. Indoor plants are starting to capture my attention again as the outside stuff starts to look kinda… haggard

Shocked to realize I forgot the original reason I joined this app (there are MANY reasons)
Mainly I just wanted to fingerpaint on the internet without having to curate a vibe or anything at all, actually. Only took nine months to get right back to square one.

First some flowers🌺
Then, a mood board of these past two weeks
(Warning: Last one is extremely cunty)

I get so excited when my cacti actually grow! It’s not every often this one pushes six new pads at once. Started rooting into the greenhouse floor as well😅 I feel bad it’s gonna have to move in a few weeks

Zinnia ‘Señora’, some seed-grown dahlias, a section of the flower patch, and a bee that I accidently brought inside with my cuts. I carried it back out on a piece of junk mail and let it crawl back onto a sunflower where it tucked itself in and fell asleep🫢🥺😭🫠💗🐝

I must stare at the sphere to calm my brain, which does *that* when I try to pack for one night away🫠

All that hard work finally paying off! Zinnias, sunflowers, verbena galore. Of course I left the stray coreopsis and rudbeckias bc why not, the bees luv them

Chocorua and my first of the terrifying 25! Carters Ledge is the most beautiful trail I’ve ever been on. 11 miles round trip. I’ll admit the descent was nowhere near as exciting or ceremonious as the trilling climb up lol

Sunrise hike, Mt. Major, New Hampshire
View to the north overlooking lake winnie

I can’t believe this pic is 9 years old, practically from a bygone era. Tomorrow I head to Mt. Chocorua for a desperately needed day by myself in the woods and a picnic in a high place on a very large rock. YAY!

This is our resident redtail hawk that comes and watches us work from its perch every morning. It’s about time we think of a name for it.

I’d rather the hawks control the vole population bc when I find a nest, I do the opposite of what you’re supposed to do and look the other way.
