I challenged myself to take at least one photo every day this year. Now I already take A LOT of photos, but honestly it's been sort of a chore many days.

Most days I just do the same boring stuff and, right now, I spend hours babysitting kittens every day...as you will see.

The past 10 months of my life have been very busy, all because of this lovely cat right here. She was born feral in my neighborhood a couple of years ago (story continued in post)

Inspiration vs. Art

The moment was captured on an August afternoon in Huntington Beach, CA. There were so many of these little white butterflies fluttering around.

Please enjoy some photos of my foster kittens. They are five months old and adorable!

Here's a bonsai I painted in gouache.

Almost all of my art is inspired by my own wildlife and nature experiences.

In 2021 I took a trip to South Padre Island where I took a ton of bird photos. They have an amazing birding center there.

Last year on a rainy September day, I came across a Polyphemus Moth for the first time. It was magical, so I painted it.
