@rjkeats98.bsky.social I’m on ep 7 of Your Friends and am noticing a difference in the writing. Eps 5-7 feel very “network television” to me. Dumb dialogue like detective saying she never wanted kids but then spots a nanny cam in a stuffed animal? Doesn’t make sense. Did you notice that?

It’s not what happened in the White Lotus finale that bothered me, it was all the episodes leading up to it. The writing didn’t let us truly get to know the characters. The episodes were slow & superficial. Belinda’s ending was a profound statement but it wasn’t enough to save S3 for me, sadly.
