It amazes me that after 10 years of life and regularly seeing me use my vacuum cleaner, it still appears to resonate absolute terror in my cats every time I get it out. The vacuum has never once attempted to harm them

I think the not revealing themselves to pre warp civilizations and giving lesser evolved aliens advanced tech are good ideas but yeah I always thought it was super cruel to just let some primitive civilization get smashed with an asteroid when they could stop it.
