On a personal health note, been actively working on losing weight for about a month now, srarted at 264 lbs back in June, then after going through some heartbreak in August and dropping almost 20 out of nowhere (yay grief) decided to get my shit together and lock in.

In a personal health update, lost some more weight, and on top of that I'm able to hang from the pull-up bar for about 30 seconds unassisted. It feels great, my back has never felt better. Small steps towards the bigger goal

Yo its a small thing, but I've apparently lost enough weight to the point that I can kinda pull myself up on a bar a little bit. Getting that much closer to being able to do a pull up and thats exciting for me.

I thought I was gonna finish Metaphor this weekend, but at the rate this prep phase for the final boss is going I think its gonna take me another week at least.
