On a personal health note, been actively working on losing weight for about a month now, srarted at 264 lbs back in June, then after going through some heartbreak in August and dropping almost 20 out of nowhere (yay grief) decided to get my shit together and lock in.

In a personal health update, lost some more weight, and on top of that I'm able to hang from the pull-up bar for about 30 seconds unassisted. It feels great, my back has never felt better. Small steps towards the bigger goal
