each time we pick out future champs for path, we occasionally succumb to considering the "cursed" champs: ryze, fiora, katarina
they have alt win cons or go trivially infinite with relics so they'll take much more effort than other champions, but that's also what makes them so alluring

- it's not possible to collect more of one rune than there are champs of that region
- rune explainer article is coming soon
- glory store isn't the only/main source of runic vessels this event
- there are 15 glory tiers, so 900 max glory/month
