First time I've bought myself a factory-fresh Gibson… and it has one of the worst cut nuts I've EVER seen. String spacing is wonky (D & G too close together), the D binds and the low E buzzes in its slot.
In the case were QC cards from both Gibson and Andertons. Good job, everyone! 😂

Have been working on a tune for about 6 months, rehearsed it dozens of times, and only now (while trying to configure a click track to record it) have we discovered that no-one really agrees where the 1 is.

Apple Health just notified me that my VO₂ max stat has changed from "Below Average" to "Above Average" this month… despite zero change in my levels of exercise.
It turns out the secret to my newfound vigour is the "average" changes quite drastically the moment you turn 50.
