If Scotland really was a burden on England, England would never have forced Scotland into a “Union”.

And England would have jettisoned Scotland long, long ago.

England doesn’t subsidise anything, it’s always the other way around.

It looks as if #Labour aren't listening to what their voters want.

No surprise at all!

Labour voters: take a look at the #GreenParty. #Starmer clearly doesn't give a toss what you think!

The right wing press, Tories and their overflow party Reform are all too happy to see the country drained of its life blood and citizens denied rights and freedoms. That is not patriotism, that is the exact opposite. They are enemies of the people.

Farage frothing about WFH again…

Funny how the loudest critics are the ones who’ve probably never done a school run or a Zoom call with a sick kid in the background.

WFH isn’t hurting Britain - but Reform’s backers would hate you to realise who really is.

WFH isn’t a perk - it’s a lifeline. But of course, the fuckers who want it gone are the ones who’ve never had to endure the chaos the rest of us call “Tuesday.”

Five years ago, we introduced the Scottish Child Payment.

Thanks to our actions, child poverty in Scotland is the lowest in the UK - and we’re going further by introducing a £40 payment for babies under the age of one.

Let’s keep building a fairer Scotland. On 7 May, vote SNP.

Calling him an ex-PM first is misleading. He's been a lobbyist for fossil fuel and tech bros twice as long as he was PM
Absolutely brilliant take-down by @fionaharvey.bsky.social
of ludicrous myths & misinformation spouting from Tony Blair’s think tank. Why on earth does he think it’s sensible to make our energy more costly & less secure?
Tony Blair’s oil lobbying is a misleading rehash of fossil fuel industry spin
Ex-PM’s thinktank urges more drilling and fewer renewables, ignoring evidence that clean energy is cheaper and better for bills

Four months ago, I committed to introducing a pilot of GP walk-in clinics.

Today I am opening Scotland's first walk-in GP clinic in Wester Hailes, Edinburgh - open seven days a week, 12-8pm, no appointments needed.

Thanks to our fantastic NHS staff for making this possible.
