I've dealt with this for years to the point it made me want to kms. I realized I'm not like most ppl & I probably have a severe form of rejection sensitivity that makes me feel like an ultra failure if I can't get to where I want. I wish it led to motivation, but it leads to depression instead
the space between where you are vs where you want to be? that's what frustration signifies. frustration is a natural consequence of ambition and motivation. if you aren't frustrated at not meeting your personal tastes, why would you change? why would you improve?
