The railway companies produced some really quite sophisticated posters for the resort of Bridlington including this probably lesser known one from the LNER.

She lives in Edmonds, WA.
A present for a friend that was there when I had cancer.
It also shows that I'm a super Mario kid.
I call it my palm beach collection.

I've posted this before but seems appropriate for this morning. Storm at Bridlington Quay.’ by John Taylor Allerston (1828-1914) seems very appropriate. The painting relates to the 'Great Gale' of February 10th 1871.

She lives in Chicago.
The first of the series. I love her for the layers of blue and the curl of the wave. ☆

This one lives in Santa Fe. She was the 2nd of a series i did with this pattern.

These are probably the only pieces I will do that are not flower related. I love documenting my garden in glass.

We need more trains and cheaper trains. It's such a nice way to travel. I would take a train ride over air travel everytime....if my budget allowed it.

It's going to be 36 today! Which, after these few weeks, will feel downright balmy.

I no longer believe art can save the world, but I believe still that it can save me. So in the face of chaos, misinformation, hatred & ignorance, I'm going to make more art, experience more, share more, pay for more & publish more. I started this in darkness & it'll continue to be my light. 🖤🤍
