He easily just outgrows the bottle, shattering the glass as if it were paper.
"Yep, see? I'm just sooooo helpless!"
He keeps growing to human size.

The incredibly-difficult post-endgame bosses being your former party members, now gigantified to apocalyptic proportions and hypnotized into villainous reflections of their former selves.
