Dirty dishes filled the sink & I was trying to fight off my adhd paralysis, just staring & going "i need to do this" "uuugh just move a muscle, ANYTHING"
grabbed soap. washed a dish. then another. then 5 more. I wash more, an hour passes and the sink is empty
