Sometimes a girl just wants to comment on their favorite artist page that doesn’t mean I want to get swarmed by a dozen accounts claiming to be that person & they all are oh so in love or whatever excuse they use. Please let me be a fan in peace.

I really like how there’s option to hide impersonation accounts, spam accounts, etc because it’s so annoying dealing with those on other apps. It’s like getting swarmed by the Times Square Elmos.

i avoid commenting on celebrity passings due to the parasociality of the thing but David Lynch was an artist’s artist and a reminder to never explain yourself (when you don’t want to). one of the greatest filmmakers to ever do it.
