I stand with the UAW. We have just 8 days of MI House legislative session left with a Democratic trifecta in Michigan.

We must pass big policies for the working class:

🔨 Increasing worker benefits
🧹 Holding corporate polluters accountable to clean up messes in working class communities (1/2)

I like it here, but could someone show me to the social media site where I never have to see his face, read the “words” he says, or any reference to him at all ever? Anyone?

I've been thinking about this poem by Langston Hughes recently and although it was published in 1931, it remains relevant as ever.

The problem isn't just that the cabinet nominees are unqualified, but that they are brazenly, jarringly so. It communicates both that Trump has the *power* to totally disregard qualifications in favor of "loyalty" & spectacle, & also that he won't be *restrained* by them in the slightest.

Last night in a small rural town, I led a meeting of our local Dem group and more than 100 people showed up! We aren’t giving up.
