The Night Manager S2, you say? I'm nervously intrigued. I'm not sure anything can hold a candle to S1, and I liked thinking about Jonathan and Jed off living a nice full life, which, alas, is clearly not the case.

Still. Olivia Colman? Tom Hiddleston? I'm here for it.

It's so pretty when it snows, but the lake isn't cold enough to freeze over, and then the sun comes out and there's blue sky and pretty trees and a soft covering of fluffy white and I'm just going to enjoy this moment of peace while it lasts.

Is anyone asking why it is that Trump/Republicans are intentionally destroying and sabotaging everything? Is anyone asking who is behind it and why?

Because it seems incredibly obvious why and incredibly obvious who benefits from an unstable and crumbling US.

I don't know though, what do I know.

Primo Hoagies' Sharp Italian from Sea Isle City, NJ.

Listen though: I'd throw it, if circumstances demanded, but I'd also make sure I had a second one stashed somewhere, just for me.
what is your favorite sandwich that you would never throw at anyone?

I recently worked on an absolutely nail-biting horror, with elements taken from a real-life historical figure, and while I have never really gravitated toward horror in my own personal preferences, this author has me seriously rethinking that. I think I've been missing out! #amediting #amcopyediting

I really hate that this is being trotted out as some voice of reason on the Republican side. It's nothing but her latest grift. Don't fall for it.
Greene: "I will praise Nancy Pelosi. She had an incredible career for her party. I served under her speakership in my first term in Congress and I'm very impressed at her ability to get things done. I wish we could get things done for our party like Nancy Pelosi was able to deliver for her party."

One of my kids once called the other one a “bandaid” and the one receiving said insult was *crushed*

It’s all about the tone and context, I guess. lol
In vernacular British English, any noun can be used as an insult if it feels right. Just looking around my immediate surroundings, 'you teacup' and 'you plant pot' work, but 'you subwoofer' and 'you mousepad' don't. Same with pastries: donut works, cheese lattice doesn't. Nobody knows why.

Waking up to hope and joy, and so I'm liking All the posts this fine morning. So many times I've thought: Let *this* be the moment things start to move in a better direction.

Maybe it's finally here. ☺️

Did they steal this from Reno 911? Because if I read that court transcript without any context, I would 💯 believe it came straight out of a Reno 911 episode.

How is this our reality, my god.

It's amazing to me that in an interview that was clearly meant to showcase him in a favorable light, *this* is some of the best footage they could come up with? This, and lie after lie after lie?

The clips that ended up being edited out must really be 👀
O'DONNELL: Why did you pardon Changpeng Zhao?

TRUMP: Are you ready? I don't know who he is

O'DONNELL: His crypto exchange Binance helped facilitate a $2b purchase of World Liberty Financial's stablecoin. And they you pardoned him.

TRUMP: Here's the thing -- I know nothing about it

I made a little kawaii-inspired pumpkin about a decade ago because I wasn't in the mood for carving and wanted to do something quick and easy. Turns out it's also adorable, and it's been my go-to jack-o'-lantern every year since! 🎃

Happy spooky-cute season!

I'm close to my first cousin. His children are close to my children. They refer to each other as cousins (not second cousins) and my kids call my cousin and his wife uncle and aunt and vice versa, not first cousin once removed.

What are we even doing here.

Mega Millions cost $5 to play now?? Aw man. I used to enjoy buying one at $2 and giving myself a couple of days of imagining the windfall just for fun. But at $5 a pop, it's not worth the little bit of innocent daydreaming I'd get out of it anymore. 😔
