A constitutional amendment should be passed that disallows the government to bail out big companies.

A president is always incentivized to bail out institutions like banks to protect their economy, but it’s almost never in the people’s best interests since they become reliant and play the system.

Sad that the politicians only started paying attention now that the LGBTQ community is a substantial portion of the vote
Happy Pride everyone.

What I’m thinking about this Pride is, despite their attempts to make us go back in the closet, there are more of us now than ever before.

They couldn’t make us go away if they tried their hardest.

Reading banned books is how you gain power.

Knowledge is power.
Good morning beautiful souls! School's out so the summer reading club will start Monday at my library and I'm the lead this year. Maybe some #GoodTrouble in my future 😎 Happy Friday!

Going after autistic people is one of innumerable instances of the Republicans using vulnerable minorities as political props to gain power.
I love my beloveds with autism, and each and every single person I know who has autism has demonstrable talents (music, physics, visual art) and panache galore, unlike the joyless ghoul RFK jr. Cannot wait until this administration is in the rearview mirror

I don’t know why but somehow I know this is Elons fault
“250 million bees are now loose.” A tractor-trailer carrying 70,000 pounds of pollinator hives rolled over on a country road in Washington State on Friday, releasing an eye-popping number of honeybees, the authorities said.

Interesting fact:

There’s no “left” in the U.S.

The Democrats are a right-wing party, and the Republicans are far-right extremists bordering on fascists.

There has never been a socialist or communist party in the U.S, or even a centrist one.

Just something to think about.

Immigration is good for an economy.

If we set up the economy to handle this valuable labor force instead of pushing them out and blaming our problems on them, we could improve everyone’s lives; domestic and otherwise.

When a politician wants votes, they find a vulnerable minority and use them as a scapegoat.

They blame their base’s problems on that minority and use it to gain power.

It worked in 1930s Germany, and it’s working today.

Voting for Trump is making history repeat itself.
