Sometimes it’s necessary to step back from posting and just being in this space. The world is so chaotic right now and it’s very easy to get sucked in. Exercise control of your world from time to time and step away. Your sanity and anxiety levels will thank you.

Everyone has a soul that connects us to each other and to the Creator. We can heal the world and ourselves by remembering this fact and committing to be respectful of others, especially those we don’t agree with or when they don’t do the same.
