I fear the parallel stories in Scotland, Blackpool and Ambridge are going to last all week. I am surprised that neither Kate nor Brodie are heading south to Blackpool. Surely Brodie, if he exists has a car. #thearchers

They are enjoying themselves in Blackpool. They might be spending more time there as Phoebe is going to give birth very soon according to the birth klaxon. Tomorrow night is from Ambridge so we will be spared the birth throes. #thearchers

Were we ever told who was the executor of Peggy’s will? I find the whole SL quite unbelievable, in fact it is an insult to listeners’ intelligence. #thearchers

Wild prediction, Phoebe will give birth in Ambridge so K and Y won’t want to go to Scotland. That would leave L &J free to make own arrangements that won’t include a people carrier. A train and local hire car would be my choice. #thearchers

A few problems have crossed my mind. Who will look after the dairy as surely Susan is part time and then there is the farm shop. Is Adam going? If yes who looks after the farm? Lilian and Alice both absent from the Stables. Did I mishear a remark about some of Ruairi’s friends joining them?

Who is the executor of Peggy’s will? He/she will have to release the money. They might veto the plan and I can’t see the Tom or rest of the clan reimbursing Ruairi. #thearchers

George seems unaware of the fact that his prison sentence wasn’t because of the accident but because he tried to blame Alice, lied to the police and then tried to blame Harry. Emma’s lying for him and her fawning over him has not helped him to face reality. #thearchers

Don’t mess with Lilian! I find it unbelievable that Jolene would be so insensitive to the feelings of her staff that she would even contemplate hiring him. George will not be happy being banned. I predict fireworks, even a torching session. #thearchers
