Wow - it’s actually raining here in Boulder. Of course there is wind as well, but happy to see some precipitation. Maybe that will give us some humidity 🤞

I'm dealing with a COBRA payment snafu that a "subset" of customers experienced and is a fault of the "3rd party payment company". When I asked how to get a copy of the incident report to ensure steps are taken to prevent this in the future, the rep had no idea what I was talking about :smh:
