There's no 10% follow/like ratio rules. In fact the more followers you have, the more likely you are to get followed by people who don't put likes at all because they just silently browse or login once a year or quitted or died.

Since I've been asked my headcanon for comics Sam is he's transmasc non-binary bisexual and MCU Sam is gay, not sure about his gender yet, he was cis male before but he doesn't see himself as human anymore so it makes sense to me that he would be non-binary too.
