I realize the prior post might make it seem like I was being unfair, because of the difference in recipient. Thats because I didn't show the CC's.
Email headers showing that Interim US Atty Jay Clayton was included as the first CC in a June 12, 2025 email listing certain acts in preparation over the second week of June and noting a pattern of killing ranking Democratic politicians.

Email recounting various cyber attacks against me in the second week of June 2025 and concluding that they were acts in preparation for another crime (not included in text) Noting intensification of attacks (after I did some things not for public consumption) resulting in the actual deletion of my VirusTotal account to prevent malware investigation, and noting other facts, implying a course suggesting an impending assassination of a Democratic politician and the promotion of a specific political discourse. Telling the US Attorney of the SDNY that I wanted to be courteous, and that I know he's actually a professional attorney, but circumstances are what they are. After seeing the news of the shootings, and knowing the extent amd nature of the tampering with my devices, I immediately went offline. This email was written offline on a phone in a plain text editor then quickly copy pasted into a web front end for my email because of the pervasiveness of harm (infections, keylogging/srcpy, locked accounts, fraud, extortion, etc.) and other factors that cause me to act with all sorts of restraint. This led to a regrettable error where I confused the Hoffmans with the Hortmans in the email that was prepared offline, corrected as soon as practical. Email from me to the the US Attorney for the SDNY, contrasting actual dangers (threat hallucination as a form of denial of service, malware affecting supply chain and industry, political assassination by an unchecked but proven conspiracy) with politically palatable but illusory threats ("an invasion," gay hairdressers, Mexican jumping fentanyl beans).

Amazing. Kash Patel and Dan Bongino went on MariaBartiromo to announce their J6 bombshell, and indeed, blew up years of work, humiliating sacrifice, and countless dead for evidence I've had for five (not four) years that they literally admitted they still don't understand.

Since I suppose @weissmann.substack.com is too busy to reply to a nobody like me, the answer, of course, is US v. Nelson, a case that almost made me care about procedure.

I hope it doesn't take me 9.5 years to manage an analogous racial dynamic, to get an actually culpable Jew.

We still need help getting early access to Android 16 sources prior to the stable release in June. Every mainstream Android OEM has it. We're currently spending significant time on reverse engineering Android 16 Beta releases. It's a huge waste compared to having what we need.
