Ope, there it is! The big, giant 2 isn't enough of a differentiator for Nintendo! Every company on earth has brand standards and puts out products with consistent branding, but Nintendo does it and some lame game journo is like "Hey. Yeah that IS an anti-Nintendo angle I can write about."
