After a NY judge blocked DOGE access to Treasury data, Elon Musk just reposted a user who implied that the judge’s order should be defied ⬇️ 👇

Insurrection Barbie tweet: Common cases where ex parte orders are issued: 1. Domestic violence. 2. Child custody emergencies. 3. Stopping an illegal action. 4. To stop the destruction of evidence. 5. Fraud. 6. Bankruptcy. 7. Freezing assets. These orders require substantial proof of immediate harm. They are used for emergency purposes only. I highly doubt that allowing DOGE to view treasury files on a read only basis qualifies as any of the above. But not allowing the secretary of treasury to access treasury files is unconstitutional.
