I have 2 kids & want a healthy, thriving future for them & all of society so I care deeply about 🛑 climate change, COVID & fascism. I also 💕 animals & tropical islands.
Husband, frustrated by the Blue Jays’ performance, turned from the game to “The Diplomat” & then the Jays scored so I guess this means he can’t watch the games anymore

I know it’s unnatural but this weather is amazing & I wish we could keep it for most of the year. (Of course it can be colder for late November-mid-February.)

Had a nice exchange in the women’s washroom at tonight’s Nine Inch Nails’ concert with a fellow masked attendee (there were a few of us!). She liked my mask chain (which is a slightly iridescent in a way I can’t capture). A nice addition to an already great night. 😊

If our culture wasn't so misinformed and resistant to masks as an air health protection, I would expect officials would issue air alerts and distribute masks in critical wildfire smoke zones. We see water warnings at contaminated beaches but seem to do little about contaminated air. 🤷♂️

I worked one summer for Travel Alberta b4 smartphones were a thing & ppl would ask for a map & I’d say they were $2 & they’d say the maps were free in BC & I’d “We didn’t get to be the richest province by giving away maps” & they would pay the $2. I sold more maps than any of my co-workers.
