#redraw #swampert #pokemonfanart #procreate #medibangpaint 2016/2020 I should have done the redraw. This was my first and fave starter in gen 3 and roughly based on the pokemoncenter pokemon time charmes that you could put on your nintendo ds or phone.... my swampert still hangs out on my 3ds.
